Men's Capsule Wardrobe: Interactive Style Guide
Role: Product Designer (Interaction + Design Systems Exploration) Tools: Figma (Component Libraries)
Before transitioning into UX, I worked as a stylist for several years. As I began working with design systems and Figma components, I saw an opportunity to work smarter—using these tools to organize and scale something I was already doing.
This project is a digitized, interactive version of a capsule wardrobe I had been building, reimagined as a component library. By treating clothing as reusable elements, I applied design system thinking to make outfit creation more structured and flexible.
What I'd Do Next:
I’d take this concept beyond Figma and build it into a usable product—transforming the interactive wardrobe into a real-time styling tool that both the stylist and client can use together.
The experience would allow for collaborative outfit building in a shared session, where pieces can be added, swapped, and styled live—bridging the gap between in-person and virtual styling. Each element within the system would also connect to real products, giving clients the option to directly shop the exact items used in their outfits.
The goal would be to turn this from a static system into a dynamic, collaborative platform—making styling more accessible, interactive, and actionable.
